We are an adhoc art & nature activity club where your children can come to take part in natural arts and crafts and learn about all of the wonderful things in nature. Each session will include a natural craft activity, which the children will be able to take home with them at the end, and a themed nature learning activity.

You can book adhoc on the day for a fixed price or purchase a pass for a certain amount of sessions, which will work out at a lower hourly price.

Anyone can come to our Stay with Me sessions. They are suitable for up to 8 years of age. Pre-walking siblings are free when accompanying a full paying child. Our Drop me off sessions are suitable for ages 2-8 years. Our Big Kid Saturdays (running the first Saturday of every month) are suitable for ages 3-8.

Mini Explorers Club sessions are term-time only, during school hours with the exception of our Big Kid Saturdays which are held on one Saturday of every month (keep an eye out for which Saturday on our social media and website). We also offer birthday parties on Sunday afternoons.

We are two local mums who have 5 kids between us (ranging from 4 months to 6 years). Four of our children attend the local school and nursery. One of us has a Primary Post Graduate Certificate of Education and the other has an Art Diploma, so Mini Explorers combines both of our interests and expertise.

We do not currently take childcare vouchers as we are a private club. We do however, offer various discounts for multiple session bookings and for booking in conjunction with selected partners (see our discounts page for more info).

We don't currently offer sibling discount. However, prewalkers are free with a full paying sibling.

Of course, everyone is welcome to join us! We accept children up to 8 years of age.

Outdoor rough clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting muddy, waterproofs and wellies for wet days, sun hats for sunny days. We will have aprons available but clothes should be suitable for your little artists to get creative.

A change of clothes (one set should be plenty), nappies, wipes and nappy bags, a labelled drinks bottle and lunch if your child is attending a drop me off session and you would like them to eat with us. Please label everything so it doesn’t get lost!

It is not a requirement that your child be potty trained. We have onsite toilet and changing facilities and are happy to accept children in nappies.

As we offer sessions which are under two hours long we are exempt from registration under Exemption 2.

Please note we are a nut free club so we ask you don't bring any nuts/snacks with nuts in to sessions.

We both hold current first aid certificates in Paediatric first aid.

We offer great discounts for childminders bringing multiple children along to a session. If you are a childminder please email us at miniexplorersclub@outlook.co.uk for your individual code to input every time you checkout!
