BOOKINGS

Bookings can be made via our website (miniexplorersclub.co.uk) in advance or on the day (up to 1 hour before session - cut off booking times are 8:15am for morning session or 11:00am for afternoon session. If you would like to book after this time please message 07411891796 and we will let you know if we have space for you to attend).

Full payment must be made at time of booking and can be made via the website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For advance bookings cancellations must be made no less than 24hours before the day of booked session in order to receive a full refund/session reschedule. Cancellations made any later than this will be charged the full session amount.

For ad-hoc, on the day bookings, we will be unable to provide a refund as the space will not be able to be allocated to another child.

Cancellations may be requested via email (miniexplorersclub@outlook.com)

MINIMUM SESSION NUMBERS

We may, on occasion, have to cancel a session due to not having enough children booked in to run. If this happens anyone booked in will be offered a free reschedule for another date. The minimum amount of children we can run a session for is three. In the event that we do need to cancel the session, due to low numbers, we will contact all those affected the morning of the session (before 9am) via email or phone.

SICKNESS

Please do not bring your child to Mini Explorers Club if they have suffered from sickness or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours due to risk of passing it on to other children and staff at the club.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

It is the responsibility of Parents/guardians to read Mini Explorers Club polices and procedures at time of booking a session and to ensure they are happy with the contents before their child attends a session.

CLOTHING AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

Mini Explorers Club will provide aprons, for messy activities, should you wish to use them when your child is at club. We advise that child wears items of old clothing/puddle suits and trousers and long sleeves due to being out in the woodland. All personal property is your responsibility when you are at club.

EXPECTATIONS OF BEHAVIOUR

Mini Explorers Club is fully inclusive and aims to create a fun and safe environment at all times. It is imperative that all children attending Mini Explorers Club behave in an acceptable and safe manner as deemed by club staff (Lydia & Jade). Any concerns about behaviour will be brought to the parents/guardians’ attention. Mini Explorers Club has the sole discretion to decide if the behaviour of an individual is unacceptable and in these instances the place will be cancelled and the parent/guardian given notice in writing. Cancellations as a result of unacceptable behaviour are not entitled to a refund but may be considered on an individual basis.
